I’m beyond excited to welcome to the blog Emily + Sam! These two are absolutely incredible, and I had such a fun afternoon with the both recently during their couples session. It was part of their Wedding Photography package, and I loved being able to get to know them both a little better during this shoot.
Emily + Sam were introduced to each other by a friend in 2016 and quickly bonded over the fact that they were both studying to be Primary teachers, plus the general frustrations of University. When I asked them what their first impression of each other were Sam said that he quickly noticed how quiet and gorgeous Emily was, Emily said that she like how quietly confident Sam was, and that she couldn’t stop thinking about him on the walk home. They got engaged last year during a surprise picnic that Sam had organised, legit it couldn’t have been more perfect - Riverside near the Barrington Tops, just them and a beautiful sunny day! Gah! So friggin’ cute!!
During our shoot together we chatted over their wedding plans, their obsession with tea and our mutual love of Mumford and Sons while it played on my phone, I often like to play music during shoots and I mean, any excuse to play Mumford and Sons - I’m there!! They both made this entire session and absolute breeze, I barley had to give them any direction. They initially told me that they’re not the PDA kinda people…. but, these photos speak for themselves!
I’m so freaking excited for their Wedding in September!!! I can’t wait to show you all what they have planned!!
