Edwina + Charlie (Ed + Chuck) first met at University when they were assigned dance partners during a ballroom dancing class. The teacher assumed that they knew each other, but neither of them had said a word to one another, and they were both three years into their studies. When I asked them what was their first impression of each other Edwina said “Who’s this weirdo?”, and so their love story began! haha.
I don’t even know where to begin with Ed + Chuck’s gorgeous Spring Wedding at Mulla Villa Wollombi. I can’t recommend this venue highly enough, so much space and everything was all in one place. From the secret garden area for the ceremony, to long grassy fields (a photographers dream) and the stunning rustic barn for their reception. It was the best venue for the best couple.
I also want to make a point of inviting more couples to including their dogs in their wedding. Throughout the post below you’ll see images of the most adorable German Shepard name Billy, Ed + Chuck’s fur baby. She was so well behaved, from being separated most of the day from mum and hanging with the boys while they had a ‘pre-wedding dip’ in the pool. Please, more doggo’s at weddings please!!
Ed + Chuck are two of the sweetest and kindest couples of had the pleasure of meeting, not to mention they and their families have a wicked sense of humour! When I posed the question of what would you do if you had one more day on earth they responded with go camping and prepare for fighting zombies! I love these guys!! Charlies favourite thing about Edwina is her laugh and Edwinas favourite thing about Charlie is his love, and care for Billy!
They are honestly a match made it heaven and man oh man did they tear up that dance floor with their Ballroom dancing skills. The expectations were high and they didn’t disappoint haha!
