Last week was full of rather early mornings for me, one of them being an early morning shoot with these absolute boss women!! Introducing to the blog Renee Wilkinson and Emily Sorensen. They are both currently creating and organising a one of a kind event, a first for Newcastle, it's called 'ELECTRO FLOW'.
Electro Flow is a unique yoga class set to original electronic music, soundscapes and vocals, followed by a deep and restorative sound meditation. Not your usual silent-except-for-heavy-breathing yoga class, Electro Flow is set to be an unforgettable experience for all. Think chill yoga class, with a sprinkle of a party vibe and a dash (okay, more than a dash) of rejuvenation for your mind, body, and soul. Renee and Emily will guide you through the yoga and sound meditation in a supportive and welcoming environment – suitable for all ages and levels.

I can't begin to thank these legends enough for letting me capture these promotional moments for them both!
