Okay, I’m going to start this blog post by saying that Eliza + Billy’s wedding day was absolute goals! You could not have asked for a more perfect day. The amount of preparation that went into their Boho Garden party ceremony/ reception was astounding, and all DIY too, I remember Eliza telling me she had an unhealthy obsession with TKMAXX haha. So unbelievably gorgeous! All of these details, in addition to the small intimate gather of family + friends made their day something to remember.

Eliza + Billy are two of the most incredible humans I’ve ever had the pleasure of capturing. They were both so brutally honest, real and super relaxed. Their day was just about them and their story. I loved it! Everything was real, real emotion, real tears, and real laughs.

Their ceremony/ reception took place out the back of Billy’s family property in Marks Point (INCREDIBLE) and their couple’s photo session took place at a lookout at Catherine Hill Bay. I had so, so much fun with Eliza + Billy during their couples shoot, I remember they kept saying to me “I’m sorry I hope we’re not awkward in front of the camera” – pffffft , non-sense! They killed it! I’m all about being candid and capturing real moments and Eliza + Billy were far from ‘awkward’, they were like professional models.

Their reception was Insane! From the food to the music to the most perfect sunset ever, it was like a dream! The real fun came out during the speeches haha. Speeches are always one of my favorite parts of any reception, its finally the moment you get too learn just that little bit more about your clients. From embarrassing stories to emotional ‘Thank you’s” they had it all! Truly special moments… then came the dance floor….. and twerking! The party went off! I’ve never seen so many insanely crazy sweaty faces before, the energy was amazing, thank you guys for providing me with heaps of content to work with!

Eliza + Billy, all I can say now is Thank You, Thank You for letting me capture your day and telling your story.
