I’ve recently been working with Hansen Yuncken, an Australian based Commercial Building and Construction company. I was contacted by them a little while ago about capturing a complete round of fresh and new headshots of all staff members for their Newcastle and Hunter Region’s office. It just so happened to also coincide with the construction of their brand new Office Space here in Newcastle, dreamy is a word that comes to mind when describing this new space.
Hansen Yuncken have been involved in a number of massive construction projects around Australia in recent years, the Royal Adelaide Hospital, the Museum of New and Old Art (MONA) and the Deakin University Burwood are just a couple of note. There are a couple of projects closer to home that we are familiar with now however, the University of Newcastle NeW Space on Hunter Street and the complete remodel of Hunter Sports High School.
Working alongside the team from Hansen Yuncken has been a blast, they had such a clear vision and we’re incredibly appreciative of my creative input Capturing portraits of 35+ members of staff and getting to meet them all was such a fun experience! People often tend to classify me as a ‘Wedding Photography’ however I have been shooting commercial projects like this for a number of years now and I absolutely love it! The places my job takes me, it never ceases to amaze!
